How to make it fun, not awkward
- Mix the types. Two funny ones, then a deep one. Starting with “what’s your biggest fear” at 7 p.m. is a lot.
- Follow up. The best part is the second question: “wait, why?”
- Skip freely. If a question feels too personal, pass. A good friend won’t push.
- Keep what’s said between you. If they tell you something real, it stays in the room. That’s what makes it safe to ask the deep ones next time.
